As we approach the summer break from classes, it doesn’t have to mean a break from your yoga practice! Here are some suggested sequence sheets from the Iyengar Yoga Institute of New York that can guide you onto your mat, if you aren’t sure what to practice. Don't set your expectations too high, just set aside 15 minutes or half an hour to begin with.
